Meet Payne McKiver

I’m Payne McKiver, an Austin native and REALTOR® who believes real estate is about much more than buying or selling a home; it’s about helping people make important moves in their lives with confidence.

Being born and raised in Austin has given me a genuine connection to the people and communities that make this area home. I’ve seen Austin grow and change firsthand, and I bring that local perspective to every client I work with. Before real estate, I spent more than two decades playing soccer, and the game is still a big part of my life today. I continue to play in the Austin area, and the lessons I’ve learned through soccer- discipline, preparation, communication, teamwork, and perseverance- continue to shape the way I approach my business. I also have a strong passion for health and fitness, and I believe the home you choose should support the lifestyle you want to live.
